Sterling Greenwoods Limited is an India-based company engaged in the business of resorts and real estate. The Company operates through two segments: Real Estate and Resorts & Club Membership. It has developed numerous projects for diversified customer groups-apartments, commercial complexes, bungalows, row-houses, tenements, residential plots, clubs & resorts, and others. It offers plots ranging from approximately 150 to 500 square yards. It also offers plots on a net carpet area in the close vicinity of Ahmedabad. Its Greenwoods Lake Resort offers dining, banquet hall, boating, swimming pool, jumping jack, and others. Its completed projects are Greenwoods Club & Lake Resort, Sterling Enclave Apartments, Sunrise Apartments, Acacia Apartment, and Sejal Apartment. The Company's subsidiary is Sterling Resorts Private Limited.
