Nesco Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in licensing premises in IT park buildings and providing related services, and licensing premises for exhibitions and providing services to the organizers, manufacturing of machines and capital equipment, and hospitality and catering services. The Company’s business includes Nesco Realty - IT Park, Bombay Exhibition Center (BEC), Indabrator and Nesco Foods. The Nesco Realty - IT Park segment is engaged in building a private IT park and to provide space on a license basis. The BEC segment is engaged in licensing premises for exhibitions and providing services to the organizers. BEC provides space for exhibitions; meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE); trade shows; events, and entertainment. The Indabrator segment manufactures surface preparation equipment with integrated manufacturing facilities for equipment, spares and abrasives in Gujarat. The Nesco Foods segment provides hospitality and catering services.
