The Company has a diverse portfolio spread across various industries like information technology (IT) parks, commercial spaces, malls, hotels, residential complexes, institutions, factories and manufacturing facilities, healthcare, and transportation. It also undertakes turnkey projects to set up power generation plants, power transmission and distribution systems, integrated rail and metro systems, residential buildings, townships, commercial buildings, airports, industrial units, chemical process plants, water, and wastewater management solutions. The Company’s Civil Construction Services includes activities in relation to the physical construction of assets provided to government and private customers. Its projects include Petronet LNG-Dwarka, Cadence Software, HCL Technology Park1, Embassy Tech Village Flipkart, Manyata Embassy Tech Park, Delhi Airport Terminal 1D-Delhi, and others.
