Its operations include the ownership and management of a comprehensive network comprising specialty hospitals, clinics, and a widespread chain of pharmacy retail outlets across the nation.
Apollo Hospitals services span across cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, orthopaedics and joint replacement surgery, spine surgery, oncology, medical and surgical gastroenterology, neurology and neurosurgery, nephrology, urology and critical care medicine.
The group extends its reach through telemedicine facilities in numerous countries, offers health insurance services, engages in global projects consultancy, operates medical colleges and e-learning platforms like medvarsity.
Services such as ASK Apollo, an online consultation portal, and Apollo Home Health contribute to providing more comprehensive healthcare services.
Another of its products, Apollo 24X7, has made the entire range of services accessible through mobile devices. It ensures the swift home delivery of medications within 2 hours across over 19,000 pincodes in India. The platform facilitates virtual consultations with top specialists and super-specialists.. It also organises the home collection of diagnostic samples through a wide phlebotomy network.
One of its key features is the EMR system, which functions as a digital health repository. Apollo 24/7 has more than 25 million registered users.
