It retails for various brands, such as Samsung, LG, Sony, Godrej, Whirlpool, Haier, Lenovo, among others. Its services include Aditya Seva, Aditya Suraksha, and express delivery. The Company provides after-sales customer service through dedicated customer service engagements and a helpline called Aditya Seva. Aditya Seva is a one-stop solution for all product-related grievances of customers. It provides an extended warranty service through Aditya Suraksha. It operates approximately 148 retail showrooms.
