About Abans Holdings
Abans Financial Services Limited, formerly Abans Holdings Limited, is an India-based diversified financial services company. The Company is engaged in wealth and asset management services including financial asset distribution, broking, lending, credit, investment solutions, asset and portfolio management, treasury operations and allied activities. In addition, the Company is engaged in general trading of commodities, securities and derivative contracts on recognized stock exchanges in India as well as globally. Its segments include Agency business, Internal treasury operations, Lending activities and Others. Its Global Arbitrage Fund focuses on exploiting arbitrage opportunities across commodity, currency, index, and equity derivatives on global exchanges. Its Capital Business manages its internal treasury operations, which involve investing its excess capital in low to medium-risk strategies. In addition, it provides warehousing services to participants in the commodity markets.
