Waaree Renewable Tech Q4 Results: Waaree Renewable on Wednesday, April 16, reported an 83% jump in its consolidated net profit for the January to March quarter at ₹93.76 crore as compared to ₹51.31 crore in same quarter previous fiscal year.

Its total income increased 74.83% to ₹481.43 crore in the reporting quarter as against to ₹275.35 crore in Q4FY24.

The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (Ebitda) grew 68% to ₹126.40 crore as against ₹75.30 crore year-on-year. Margin was at 26.5% for the period under review as compared to 27.6% in Q4FY24.

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies ended 9.13% higher at ₹113 apiece on the BSE on Wednesday, ahead of its March quarter (Q4 FY25) results announcement.

The company has also Sudhir Arya as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, effective from April 16, 2025. It has also elevated Sunil Rathi as executive director from non executive director.

"Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited's NSE debut is a strategic inflection point. It provides the company with wider stakeholder engagement and enhanced capital access to drive future expansion," the company said in a statement.

Earlier, the stock was listed only on the BSE.

This listing not only elevates the company's market visibility and investor accessibility but also highlights its remarkable growth trajectory and commitment to building a greener, self-reliant India, the statement said.

"Being listed on the NSE is a defining moment in our journey. It symbolises scale, credibility, and intent," said Viren C. Doshi, Director at WRTL.

In March 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies said a consortium of three firms, including the company, has secured an order worth ₹740.06 crore for EPC work on a 125 MWAC solar project.

The project is scheduled to be completed within 18 months from the date of signing of the contract, a regulatory filing said.

"A consortium of three members comprising our company WAAREERTL, as one of the members, has received a Letter of Award for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a solar power project of 125 MWAC (181.3 MWp DC) capacity on a turnkey basis along with Operation and Maintenance," the company said in a BSE filing.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL) is an Indian company primarily focused on the renewable energy sector, specifically solar power. They are involved in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for solar projects, as well as solar project development, financing, ownership, and operation.
