Renewable energy stocks settled in the negative territory on Wednesday, April 30. Waaree Energies, NTPC Green, Adani Green Energy, Premier Energies, and ACME Solar stocks were down.
Last week, the company announced that its consolidated net profit jumped 34.1% jump to ₹618.91 crore in the latest March quarter. In the year-ago period, net profit was ₹461.52 crore.
Revenue from operations advanced 36.38% to ₹4,003.93 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹2,935.84 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
On Tuesday, the company's Board had approved borrowing up to ₹5,000 crore in the financial year 2025-26, by "issuing secured/unsecured, redeemable, taxable/ tax free, cumulative, non-cumulative debentures (Bonds/ NCDs) in one or more tranches".
On Monday, the company announced that it posted a 25.54% increase in consolidated post-tax profit to ₹383 crore in the latest March quarter. A year ago, the profit was ₹310 crore.
Total income ascended to ₹3,278 crore in the quarter under review from ₹2,841 crore a year back.
ACME Solar Holdings shares ended at ₹210 per unit, reflecting a decline of 1.13%.
On April 25, the company's board declared an interim dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share for the period ended December 31, 2024. The record date is Friday, May 2, 2025.
