Upcoming dividends, stock splits and bonuses this week: At least six corporate actions are expected to take place this week, according to the BSE website.
Companies that will trade ex-date for various corporate actions next week include Mini Diamonds India, Marsons, Engineers India, Computer Age Management Services Ltd, Apis India and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
Shares of engineering consultancy company Engineers India Ltd will trade ex-dividend on Thursday, December 4. The company had announced an interim dividend of ₹1. The record date for the same is December 4.
"The interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 on the equity shares of the company shall be payable on & from Friday, 19th December, 2025, and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013," the company said in an exchange filing.
The record date for Computer Age Management Services Ltd's stock split of one existing share into five shares is December 5.

On November 24, energy technology company Siemens Energy India recommended a dividend of ₹4 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ending September 2025. If declared at the company's Annual General Meeting, the dividend would be paid from Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The firm follows a fiscal year from October to September.
Siemens Energy India recorded an over 31% year-on-year increase in its profit after tax to ₹360 crore during the July-September quarter due to higher revenues. It had posted a net profit of ₹274 crore a year back.
Revenue from operations advanced to ₹2,646 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹2,079 crore in the year-ago period.
The company stated that the order backlog was at ₹16,205 crore, reflecting an increase of 47% in comparison to FY24.
"Our businesses delivered another strong quarter, continuing the solid performance in FY2025. Healthy order backlog and continuous operational excellence helped us improve profitability for Q4 FY2025 and for the financial year ended September 30, 2025," Guilherme Mendonca, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Siemens Energy India, said.
