Upcoming dividends, stock splits and bonuses this week: Numerous corporate actions are likely to take place this week, according to the BSE website. They include dividend, bonus issue, stock split, right issue, buyback and income distribution.

Firms that will trade ex-date for various corporate actions in the week starting February 9 include Power Grid Corporation of India, NHPC, RITES, RVNL, Hero MotoCorp, Page Industries, Bharat Dynamics, Procter & Gamble Health, BEML, MRF, Sun TV Network, Stallion India Fluorochemicals and Cummins India, among others.

In an exchange filing on January 30, the company said it has approved the "payment of 2nd (second) interim dividend of ₹3.25/- per equity share of ₹10/- each (@32.50% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Record Date for the purpose of payment of dividend shall be Monday, 09th February, 2026 and 2nd interim dividend will be paid to the members on Friday, 27th February, 2026."

"The interim dividend declared shall be paid on or before Friday, 6th March, 2026," the state-run firm said in a regulatory filing.

On February 6, shipping company Shipping Corporation of India Ltd declared an interim dividend of ₹3.5 per share for FY26. The company has fixed February 17 as the record date.
