Bharti Airtel: Bharti Airtel has transferred its entire 69.94% stake in Airtel Payments Bank to wholly owned subsidiary Airtel Limited, a regulatory filing said on Tuesday.

"The shareholding of 69.94%, held by Bharti Airtel Limited in Airtel Payments Bank Limited, is being transferred to the company's wholly owned subsidiary (i.e., Airtel Limited), post receiving requisite regulatory and corporate approvals. The above is an internal reorganisation of shareholding in the bank and has no impact on the ownership of the bank," Bharti Airtel said in the filing.

TCS: IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Tuesday announced the acquisition of 100% equity shares in Darshita Southern India Happy Homes Pvt Ltd in an all-cash deal of ₹2,250 crore.

The deal involves the acquisition of land and a building held by Darshita Southern India Happy Homes to serve as a delivery centre for TCS, according to a regulatory filing.

The filing said there would be a call option to acquire 100% equity shares in the entity after two years.

Kaynes Technology: The company, in its stock exchange filing, said that Ramesh Kunhikannan, Managing Director of Kaynes Technology India, has received a show-cause notice dated March 10, 2025, from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The notice alleges suspected violations in the maintenance of the structured digital database (SDD) pertaining to financial results for the period ended March 31, 2023, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “PIT Regulations”).
Godrej Agrovet: Godrej Agrovet on Tuesday decided to acquire the residual 48.06% stake in Hyderabad-based milk procurement and processing company Creamline Dairy Products for ₹930 crore.

Godrej Agrovet's board decided to acquire the stake to make Creamline, which is also into manufacturing and selling milk and its products under the 'Godrej Jersey' brand, into a wholly owned subsidiary against cash, as per an exchange filing.

Infosys: Morgan Stanley has downgraded the stock, citing concerns over slowing growth and stretched valuations.

Besides, Shruti Shibulal, daughter of Infosys co-founder and former CEO SD Shibulal, on Tuesday bought the IT major's shares worth ₹494 crore through an open market transaction.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions: CG Power and Industrial Solutions on Tuesday said it has secured an order of ₹450 crore for the supply of railway products for Vande Bharat trainsets.

Apart from this purchase order, a separate 35-year service order is also a part of the long-term agreement, a company statement said.

Waaree Renewable Technologies: Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. (WAAREERTL) on Tuesday said a consortium of three firms, including the company, has secured an order worth ₹740.06 crore for EPC work on a 125 MWAC solar project.

The project is scheduled to be completed within 18 months from the date of signing of the contract, a regulatory filing said.

RVNL: The PSU informed that Munna Kumar, Executive Director (BD&P), has been relieved from the services of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) w.e.f. 11.03.2025 consequent upon acceptance of his resignation, and accordingly, he ceased to be a part of the senior management personnel of the company.

Besides, RVNL has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a project from NHAI. The cost of the project is ₹554.64 crore.

ONGC, NTPC Green: The Competition Commission of India on Tuesday cleared ONGC-NTPC Green's proposal to acquire renewable energy firm Ayana for ₹19,500 crore ($2.3 billion).

ONGC-NTPC Green Pvt Ltd (ONGPL), a 50:50 joint venture between ONGC Green (OGL) and NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL).

IREDA: The company is slated to hold a board meeting on March 17 to consider the proposal for enhancement of the borrowing plan for FY 2024-25.
PB Fintech: PB Fintech Ltd., the parent entity of insurance broking firm Policybazaar, on Tuesday, said it proposes to infuse Rs 696 crore in its subsidiary PB Healthcare Services Private Limited in the next financial year to grow its business.

The decision was taken by the Board of Directors of PB Fintech Ltd. in a meeting held on Tuesday.

IndusInd Bank: IndusInd Bank on Tuesday fire fought the fallout of a ₹2,100 crore discrepancy in accounting, saying it has enough reserves and capital to cover for it, but the management's assurance failed to arrest the free fall of shares which tanked over 27% on the bourses.

IndusInd Bank CEO and Managing Director Sumant Kathpalia said that the accounting lapse was noted around September-October last year and the bank gave a preliminary update to the RBI about this last week. The final number will be known after the external agency, which the bank has appointed, finalises its report by early April.

Telecom stocks: Telecommunication stocks such as Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, and MTNL will be in focus as TRAI released monthly telecom data last evening.

Reliance Jio Infocomm was the frontrunner with 476.58 million broadband subscribers, followed by Bharti Airtel (289.31 million) and Vodafone Idea (126.38 million).

Reliance Jio added 3,906,123 wireless subscribers, while Bharti Airtel saw a net addition of 1,033,009 subscribers during the period. Vodafone Idea lost 1,715,975 wireless subscribers, according to the data.

BSNL and MTNL lost 316,599 and 896,988 wireless subscribers.

Tata Technologies: The company on Tuesday announced key leadership changes as part of its strategy to closely support clients across automotive, industrial heavy machinery, and aerospace sectors.

The changes are part of the company's 'One Team with Customers' philosophy by deepening integration with top global clients through dedicated account teams, Tata Technologies said in a statement.

Supreme Industries: Plastic pipe manufacturer Supreme Industries on Tuesday said it is planning to enter into a long-term partnership agreement with Orbia Advance Corporation to acquire its pipes and fittings business in India for USD 30 million.

Under the agreement, Supreme will have exclusive access to Orbia Wavin's leading water management technologies in India and SAARC countries, the company said in a statement.
