Q4 results today: More than 25 companies, including LTIMindtree,
Tata Consumer Products, 360 ONE WAM, Bajaj Housing Finance, Dalmia Bharat, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), Syngene International, and Tips Music, will declare earnings on Wednesday.
HCL Technologies: The information technology major logged an 8.1% surge in consolidated net profit to ₹4,307 crore for the March quarter 2024-25, compared to ₹3,986 crore a year back.
The company's board declared an interim dividend of ₹18 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The record date is April 28, while the payment date is May 6.
For FY26, the firm expects revenue growth of 2% to 5% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis in constant currency terms.
Mahindra Finance: The non-bank lender posted a 9% fall in standalone profit to ₹563 crore in the latest March quarter, compared to ₹619 crore in the year-ago period. The overall disbursements rose 2% during the reporting quarter.
Waaree Energies: The solar panel maker posted a 34% jump in its consolidated net profit to ₹618.91 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹461.52 crore a year back. Its order book stands at ₹47,000 crore.
Bharat Forge: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has given its nod to Bharat Forge Ltd to acquire AAM India Manufacturing Corporation Private Limited after accepting certain voluntary modifications proposed by the companies.
Bharti Airtel: The telecom operator and its subsidiary, Bharti Hexacom, will acquire rights to use the entire 400 megahertz spectrum of Adani Data Networks.
"Bharti Airtel Limited and its subsidiary Bharti Hexacom Limited have entered into definitive agreements with Adani Data Networks Limited (ADNL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, to acquire rights to use of 400 MHz of spectrum in the 26 GHz band in Gujarat (100 MHz), Mumbai (100 MHz), Andhra Pradesh (50 MHz), Rajasthan (50 MHz), Karnataka (50 MHz) and Tamil Nadu (50 MHz)," the statement said.
PNC Infratech: The infrastructure development firm has emerged as the L1 bidder for a project awarded by PWD-Rajasthan for the construction of a flyover. The contract size is ₹239.94 crore.
Ashok Buildcon: The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a Central Railway project worth ₹568.86 crore including GST. The project is for "construction of earth work, major bridges, minor bridges, rubs, p way work and miscellaneous civil works in connection with gauge conversion work from Pachora-Jamner (Approx. 53.3 km) excluding Pachora Yard and road over bridges."
Ambuja Cements: Adani Group-owned Ambuja Cements Ltd has completed the acquisition of 77,649,413 equity shares, or 37.8% promoters' stake, of Orient Cement Ltd. It has now become a promoter.
The total shareholding of Ambuja Cements in CK Birla group firm Orient Cement has climbed to 46.66%, as it has also acquired an 8.87% stake from public shareholders of OCL.
"Ambuja has completed the acquisition of 7,76,49,413 equity shares (representing 37.79 per cent of equity share capital) of the company from the promoter group," said a regulatory filing from OCL.
