For 2024-25, Rallis India's profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹125 crore, while its revenue from operations was ₹2,663 crore.
The agricultural inputs company's loss stood at ₹21 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, Rallis India said in a regulatory filing.
The company's revenue from operations during the quarter under review was almost flat at ₹430 crore compared to ₹436 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
For 2024-25, Rallis India's profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹125 crore, while its revenue from operations was ₹2,663 crore.
"The company has reported FY25 revenue of ₹2,663 crore and PAT of ₹125 crore. For Q4 FY25, revenue is ₹430 crore with positive volume growth in domestic business. Control over working capital has enabled strong cash flow from operations. I am particularly pleased with the growth of 23% and 24% in soil and plant health and herbicides categories, respectively. Our Innovation Turnover Index is in line with our long-term target of 14%," Rallis India Managing Director and CEO Dr Gyanendra Shukla said.
He said the company will prioritise improving market share in the domestic business and in the exports and CSM business; its focus is to expand product offerings and build strategic partnerships.
Shares of Rallis India were trading 4.97% lower on Thursday at ₹241.28 apiece on the National Stock Exchange.
Over the last five trading sessions, the stock has gained 8%, while for a month it rose 5%.
For a six-month period, since October 24, 2024, the scrip has declined 27%. Year-to-date it has lost 20%.
Rallis India’s market capitalisation stood at ₹4,693.12 crore.
Rallis has a robust product portfolio offering comprehensive crop care solutions, including formulations for crop protection and nutrition. It manufactures and markets a range of agri-inputs, which include pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, seeds, and plant growth nutrients.
