In its April 25 filing to stock exchanges, the company said that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, inter alia:
to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025;
to consider and approve the subdivision/split of existing equity shares of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 61 of the Companies Act, 2013;
to consider and recommend payment of dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
