The service offers pickups within 15 minutes of booking on its app, the company said in a regulatory filing dated December 15.

The service, initially launched for the customers in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru in June this year, caters to small businesses, D2C brands, and individuals who require local on-demand shipping.

The Delhivery Direct App is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

The service features include real-time tracking and a network connecting commercial and residential hubs across Mumbai and Hyderabad, Delhivery said.

It also said that the users may select two-wheelers for parcels or three and four-wheeler vehicles for larger consignments.

The company said the customers can download the app to book intra-city orders, and added that the app also enables booking of intercity shipments to over 18,850 pin codes across India.

Commenting on the roll-out, Nikhil Vij, Head of Intracity Business at Delhivery, said: “We are thrilled to expand Delhivery Direct’s Local On-demand service to Mumbai and Hyderabad, bringing our fast, affordable, and reliable intracity logistics to two more major markets.”

“This launch increases our presence to 5 key cities, including Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad. We will continue to invest and expand to more cities to serve the growing demand across India,” Vij added.

In a separate regulatory filing earlier in December, the company announced the launch of ‘Delhivery International’ for Indian MSMEs.

It stated that Delhivery International is an Economy Air Parcel service “designed to make global exports affordable, simple and more reliable for SMEs and enterprise customers across India.”

Delhivery International, available through the Delhivery One platform, is being offered in addition to the company’s existing Express Air Parcel service, the firm added.

Delhivery stock closed 1.16% lower at ₹407.50 per equity share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday. However, the development was announced after the market closed.

It has a total market capitalisation of ₹30,471.90 crore, as of December 15, 2025, according to data on the NSE.
