For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024-25, CCL Products reported a 56% jump in its net profit to ₹101.86 crore as compared to ₹65.22 crore in the same quarter last financial year. Sequentially, its profit was at ₹63 crore in Q3 FY25.
Revenue from operations increased 15% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹836 crore as against ₹727 crore in Q4 FY24. On the operating front, its EBITDA grew 38% YoY to ₹163 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA margins improved by 400 basis points YoY to 20%.
Following this, shares of CCL Products were trading at ₹677 a piece on the National Stock Exchange, soaring 14.22%.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The company’s board has also approved the availing of the group captive mode of hybrid power purchase by the CCL Products through a special purpose vehicle at an approximate investment not exceeding ₹15 crore.
On Monday, the coffee-making firm also approved a stock option grant for its employees. “…we hereby inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 5th May, 2025, has granted 6,000 options pursuant to the CCL Employee Stock Option Scheme-2022 to the eligible employee of the company. Equity Shares of ₹2 each to be issued against 6,000 options pursuant to the CCL Employee Stock Option Scheme-2022,” it said.
Over the last five trading sessions, shares of this small-cap company have surged 11.7%. For a month’s period, the stock has gained 21.6%.
Meanwhile, for six months’ time, since November 6, 2024, CCL Products shares have lost nearly 6%. Year-to-date, it has fallen 7.21%.
The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹9,032.50 crore.
Shares of the firm had touched its 52-week high of ₹855 apiece on September 4, 2024, while its one-year low was hit on April 7, 2025, at ₹525 per share.
