Apollo Hospitals share price: Shares of healthcare group Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd advanced nearly 6% on Wednesday, February 11, after the company released its latest set of numbers for the December quarter of the financial year 2025-26.

The stock rose as much as 5.83% to ₹7,640 apiece on the NSE. At 9:50 am, it was up 5.28% to ₹7,600 per unit.

Apollo Hospitals Q3 results

Apollo Hospitals recorded a 34.91% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹502.3 crore in the October-December quarter of the current fiscal year, led by strong performances across three business verticals.

The hospital chain reported a profit after tax of ₹372.3 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

Revenue from operations surged 17.19% to ₹6,477.4 crore for the quarter under review, compared with ₹5,526.9 crore a year earlier.

The company said its board of Directors announced an interim dividend of ₹10 per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The record date is February 16.

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Chairman Prathap C Reddy, on earnings, said, "Q3 FY26 reflects the fundamental strength and clinical depth of Apollo's integrated care model. Across our network, teams are consistently delivering strong outcomes through disciplined execution in patient safety, quality, and experience."

As of December 2025, Apollo Hospitals had 8,072 operating beds across its network (excluding AHLL and managed beds). The overall occupancy stood at 67% in Q3 FY26 against 68% in the year-ago period. Consolidated revenue of the healthcare services sector advanced 14% to ₹3,183 crore in the latest December quarter compared to ₹2,785 crore in Q3 FY25.

Apollo Health and Lifestyle, the company's diagnostics and retail healthcare division, reported a gross revenue of ₹467 crore, reflecting an increase of 20% year-on-year.

Digital healthcare and omnichannel pharmacy platform Apollo HealthCo recorded revenue of ₹2,827 crore in the reporting quarter, up 20% YoY.

During the quarter, Apollo Hospitals opened a 250-bed facility in Pune, the company's third hospital in Maharashtra. The healthcare service provider also stated that it witnessed increased traction from the International Patient Services vertical.
