Anant Raj shares rally over 6% as Q4 profit rises 51% to ₹119 crore, board recommends dividend

Shares of Anant Raj zoomed 6.36% to an intra-day high of ₹525 apiece on the National Stock Exchange on Tuesday, April 22, a day after announcing its fourth quarter results for the 2024-25 fiscal year (Q4FY25).

Anant Raj shares were trading 2.95% higher at ₹508.15 at around 2:26 pm.

The realty firm announced a 51.5% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its consolidated net profit to ₹118.64 crore in the March quarter of FY25, compared to ₹78.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Anant Raj’s total income stood at ₹550.90 crore in Q4FY25, jumping 21.58% YoY from ₹453.12 crore in the fourth quarter of FY24.

The real estate developer posted a 22.2% YoY increase in its revenue from operations at ₹540.7 crore in the period under review as against ₹442.6 crore in Q4FY24.

The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 36.5% to ₹142.4 crore in Q4FY25, in contrast to ₹104.3 crore last year. Its margin expanded to 26.3% from the previous 23.6%.

Anant Raj board recommends final dividend

Anant Raj's board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.73 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each at 36.50% for the 2024-25 financial year.

The dividend will be subject to approval of the company’s shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The realtor is yet to fix the record date for the same.

The stock gained 7.43% over the last week and 3.44% since the beginning of April. However, the scrip lost 40.55% on a year-to-date basis.

Shares of Anant Raj hit a 52-week high of ₹947.90 on January 8, 2025 and a low of ₹319.15 on June 4, 2024.
