Wipro is all set to announce its earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, on Wednesday, April 16. The IT major's net profit is projected to increase by 13-17% year-on-year (YoY) to stand between ₹3,230 to ₹3,360 crore, while its revenue could jump 1-2% YoY.

Wipro shares opened in red, down 0.25% ahead of its Q4 results announcement on Wednesday after closing 1.94% up at ₹244.40 per share on Tuesday. During the session, Wipro stock hit a high of ₹246.70 apiece and a low of ₹241.20 per share. Moreover, the market capitalisation of the NIFTY50 company stands at ₹2,57,775.67 crore. At 2:52 pm, Wipro's shares were trading 1.11% up at ₹246.70 apiece on the NSE.
The company is not expected to announce any corporate actions such as a dividend, bonus share issuance, or stock split.
The IT major will announce its Q4 FY25 results on April 16 after the closing of markets in India, Wipro said in an exchange filing.
“…it is hereby informed that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of Wipro Limited (“Company") will be held over April 15-16, 2025 to consider and approve, inter alia: a) the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under lndAS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. b) the condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025," Wipro stated.
Wipro will hold a press conference with its senior management to discuss the results of the reporting quarter at 7 pm IST on Wednesday.
“At 7:00 PM IST* (9:30 AM US Eastern time) following the results announcement, the senior management will discuss the company’s performance for the quarter and answer questions sent by 6:30 PM IST* (9:00 AM US Eastern time),” the filing said.
In the third quarter of FY25, Wipro reported a net profit of ₹3,353.8 crore, up 24.48% year-on-year (YoY) as compared to ₹2,694.2 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue from operations jumped 0.51% to ₹22,318.8 crore in the quarter ended December 2024 against ₹22,205.1 crore posted in Q3 FY24. In the third quarter, Wipro also announced an interim dividend of ₹6 per share.
For Q4 FY25, Wipro’s revenue is projected to be between ₹22,450 and ₹22,670 crore, up 1-2% YoY against Q4 FY24, as per analysts. The IT major’s net profit could increase by 13-17% YoY to ₹3,230 to ₹3,360 crore but is projected to fall 3-4% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis.
