BSE data show that as many as 15 companies will announce their financial results for the said quarter as well as the full financial year 2024-25.
Other notable names that will unveil their numbers are SIS Ltd, Bondada Engineering, Nuvoco Vistas Corporation, and Jaiprakash Power Ventures, among others.
On Wednesday, April 30, a total of 52 companies announced their March quarter earnings.
The list included names such as Adani Power, Bandhan Bank, Ajanta Pharma, Aeroflex Industries, Coromandel International, CRISIL, Equitas Small Finance Bank, Exide Industries, Federal Bank, Godrej Agrovet, Greaves Cotton, Indian Oil Corporation, MOIL Ltd, Paras Defence and Space Technologies, Sona BLW Precision Forgings, Skipper Ltd, and Vedanta.
On Wall Street, too, companies such as Apple Inc. and Amazon, among others, will announce their March quarter numbers on May 1.
Market participants will closely monitor Eternal's quarterly numbers. This will be the company's first quarterly numbers after its name change.
In April 2025, food and grocery delivery platform Zomato officially changed its name to 'Eternal Ltd' on the stock exchanges, following approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
To be sure, the brand name of the company's food delivery business, Zomato, will remain the same, along with the app. However, the name of the corporate entity has been changed to Eternal, along with its stock ticker.
It received the Corporate Affairs Ministry's approval regarding its name change to "Eternal Ltd" with effect from March 20.
For the December 2024-25 quarter (Q3 FY25), Eternal reported a 57.2% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹59 crore.
The company had earned a net profit of ₹138 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
The company's consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹5,405 crore, as against ₹3,288 crore logged in the corresponding October-December quarter of the previous financial year.
