Wagons Learning IPO: The initial public offering of corporate training solutions provider Wagons Learning Ltd opened for subscription on Friday, May 2. The issue will conclude on May 6. The price band has been set at ₹78 to ₹82 per equity share.
The ₹38.38 crore initial share sale is a mix of a fresh issuance of shares valued at ₹25.26 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of ₹13.12 crore.
The company proposes to utilise the net issue proceeds to meet working capital requirements, repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, and general corporate purposes. A portion will also be used for offer-related expenses.
An investor can apply for a minimum of one lot, comprising 1,600 shares, worth at least ₹1,24,800. For high net-worth individuals (HNIs), the minimum investment is two lots worth ₹2,62,400.
The company has reserved 50% of the net issue for retail individual investors (RIIs), 38.01% for non-institutional investors (NIIs), and 11.99% for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs).

It specialises in corporate training and consulting in an array of domains like customer service training, sales training, soft skills and behavioural training, and knowledge-based training solutions for corporate employees in industries such as automotive, banking and financial services, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare services.
