Tata Capital's ₹15,511.87 crore IPO was the biggest public issue to launch in 2025, followed by HDB Financial Services, LG Electronics India, Hexaware Technologies, Lenskart Solutions and Billionbrains Garage Ventures, among others.

The ICICI Prudential AMC IPO is currently open for subscription. Hence, it has not been added to the list of the biggest IPOs of 2025.
