Nephrocare Health Services share price: Shares of dialysis services provider Nephrocare Health Services Ltd made a tepid debut on the stock exchanges on Wednesday, December 17.

The stock listed at ₹490 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), reflecting a premium of 6.52% over the IPO issue price of ₹460 per share.

On the BSE, the scrip started trading at ₹491.7, up 6.89% from the issue price.

Nephrocare Health Services share price: Here's how much investors made per lot

A lot consisted of 32 shares. Investors who received the Nephrocare Health Services IPO allotment made ₹15,680 per lot.

The IPO sought to raise ₹871.05 crore by offering new equity shares aggregating to ₹353.40 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹517.64 crore.

Under the OFS, promoters Healthcare Parent, Edoras Investment Holdings Pte, Investcorp Private Equity Fund II and Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund, along with other shareholders 360 One Special Opportunities Funds, International Finance Corporation and Investcorp India Private Equity Opportunity, offloaded shares.

Fresh issue proceeds worth ₹129.1 crore will be used for the opening of new dialysis clinics, ₹136 crore for debt clearance and the rest for corporate general purposes.

The initial share sale, with a price band of ₹438 to ₹460 per share, was subscribed 13.96 times, as investors applied for 18,68,93,536 shares against 1,33,87,854 shares on offer.

Before the IPO, the company collected ₹260 crore from anchor investors, including SBI Mutual Fund (MF), Bandhan MF, DSP MF, ICICI Prudential MF, Baroda BNP Paribas MF, The Prudential Assurance Company, Fidelity Funds, Polar Capital Funds, Eastspring Investments, HDFC Life Insurance and SBI Life Insurance.

Nephrocare Health Services Ltd, which operates under the brand NephroPlus, had a global network of 519 clinics, including 51 clinics across Nepal, Uzbekistan and the Philippines, as of September 30, 2025.
