Kenrik Industries IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Wednesday, May 7. The bid finalisation details will be out on the portals of the registrar Skyline Financial Services and BSE.
During the three-day bidding period, Kenrik Industries IPO was subscribed 2 times. The part set aside for retail investors was booked 3.79 times, while the non-institutional investors or NIIs quota was subscribed 20%.
The initial share sale was a fresh issue of 34.98 lakh shares aggregating to ₹8.75 crore. There was no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The money raised to the tune of ₹6.56 crore will be utilised for working capital needs and ₹1.80 crore for corporate general purposes.
It was a fixed-price issue at ₹25 per share. A lot consisted of 6,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹1,50,000.
Shares of Kenrik Industries will list on the BSE SME platform on Friday, May 9, at 10 am.
Kenrik Industries specialises in traditional gold jewellery studded with diamonds and rubies. Its product range includes armlets, rings, earrings, pendants, nose rings, chains, bracelets, watches, necklaces, bangles, and wedding jewellery.
In the financial year 2023-24, the company reported a net profit of ₹1.08 crore as against ₹0.47 crore in the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations in FY24 was ₹70.97 crore, up from ₹52.04 crore in the year-ago fiscal.
