Fractal Analytics IPO: The initial public offering of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions provider Fractal Analytics opened for subscription on Monday, February 9. The issue will conclude on Wednesday, February 11. The company has fixed a price band of ₹857 to ₹900 per share.

The issue aims to raise ₹2,833.90 crore by fresh issuance of 1.14 crore shares worth ₹1,023.50 crore and an offer for sale of 2.01 crore shares totalling ₹1,810.40 crore.

Under the OFS, GLM Family Trust, Quinag Bidco, TPG Fett Holdings Pte Ltd, Satya Kumari Remala and Rao Venkateswara Remala are selling their stake.

The fresh issue proceeds are meant for investment in subsidiary Fractal USA for debt clearance, purchase of laptops, investment in R&D, sales and marketing under Fractal Alpha, setting up new offices in India, funding inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Fractal Analytics IPO Day 1: Subscription status

The issue has been subscribed 7% so far on the first day of bidding. It got bids for 12,66,000 shares as against 1,85,79,360 shares on offer, according to the NSE data until 2:42 pm.

Fractal Analytics IPO: Lot size

A lot consists of 16 shares and in multiples thereafter.

Before the IPO, the company garnered ₹1,248.26 crore from 52 anchor investors, including SBI MF, ICICI Prudential MF, UTI MF, Motilal Oswal MF, LIC, HDFC Life Insurance Company, Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company, SBI Life Insurance Company, Morgan Stanley Investment Funds, Jupiter Global Fund, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe, Societe Generale (ODI), Ashoka WhiteOak Emerging Markets Funds and Flumen Investment Trust.

Fractal Analytics IPO: Allotment and listing date

The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on Thursday, February 12, while the listing on stock exchanges will occur on February 16.

Fractal Analytics, which was established by Srikanth Velamakanni and Pranay Agrawal in 2000, is a global enterprise artificial intelligence and analytics company that supports major firms in making more intelligent decisions.

According to investorgain.com and media reports, unlisted shares of Fractal Analytics Ltd are trading at ₹913, reflecting a grey market premium of 1.44% over the upper price band of ₹900.
