Fractal Analytics IPO: The initial public offering of artificial intelligence solutions provider Fractal Analytics has been subscribed 1.45 times so far on the final day of bidding on Wednesday, February 11.

It has received bids for 2,69,80,688 shares as against 1,85,79,360 shares on offer, according to the NSE data until 1:17 pm. Retail individual investors (RIIs) subscribed to their portion 77%, while the part for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was booked 46%. The quota for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) received 2.27 times subscription.

The ₹2,833.90 crore issue, with a price band of ₹857 to ₹900 per share, comprises 1.14 crore new equity shares totalling ₹1,023.50 crore and an offer for sale of ₹1,810.40 crore. Those offloading their stake in the OFS include Quinag Bidco, Satya Kumari Remala Rao, Venkateswara Remala, TPG Fett Holdings Pte Ltd and GLM Family Trust. The lot size for an application is 16 shares.

The net proceeds will be used for the following objectives:

  • Debt repayment of subsidiary Fractal USA
  • Setting up new domestic offices
  • Purchase of laptops
  • Investment in R&D and Fractal Alpha's sales and marketing
  • Unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes

Fractal Analytics IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Thursday, February 12. The company will make its stock market debut on February 16.
