Fractal Analytics IPO: Artificial intelligence (AI) solutions provider Fractal Analytics' initial public offering will hit the primary market on Monday, February 9. The company's shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE on February 16.

  • Fractal Analytics IPO subscription period: The initial public offering will be open from Monday, February 9, to Wednesday, February 11.
  • IPO offer structure: The ₹2,833.90 crore book-build issue is a mix of new equity shares aggregating to ₹1,023.50 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,810.40 crore.
  • Fractal Analytics IPO price band: The price range has been set at ₹857 to ₹900 per share.
  • Fractal Analytics IPO anchor investors: Bidding for anchor investors will take place on Friday, February 6.
  • Fractal Analytics IPO lot size: An application consists of 16 shares and in multiples thereafter.
  • Reservation: The company has reserved 75% of the net offer for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and 10% for retail investors.
  • Objectives: Those selling shares under the OFS route are Quinag Bidco, TPG Fett Holdings, GLM Family Trust, Satya Kumari Remala and Rao Venkateswara Remala. The fresh issue proceeds will be used to invest in its unit, Fractal USA, for repayment of its borrowings, set up new offices in India, buy laptops, invest in research and development, support sales and marketing under Fractal Alpha, fund unidentified acquisitions and other strategic initiatives and for general corporate purposes.
  • Book-running lead manager and registrar: Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, Axis Capital, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities and Morgan Stanley India Company are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar.
  • Fractal Analytics IPO allotment date: The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on February 12.
  • Listing date: The listing on the stock exchanges will occur on February 16.

According to investorgain.com and media reports, unlisted shares of Fractal Analytics are trading at ₹1,005, reflecting a grey market premium of 11.67% over the upper price band of ₹900.
