Corona Remedies IPO: The basis of allotment of pharma company Corona Remedies Ltd will be finalised on Thursday, December 11. Investors who have applied for the public offer can check bid finalisation details on the websites of the NSE, the BSE and the registrar, Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.

The initial share sale was subscribed 137.04 times, with bids for 62,65,41,440 shares against 45,71,882 shares on offer, according to the stock exchange data.

Category-wise, the part meant for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 28.73 times, while the portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got 278.52 times subscription. The quota for non-institutional investors was subscribed 208.88 times.

The book-build issue sought to raise ₹655.37 crore via solely an offer for sale of 0.62 crore shares. Under the OFS, promoters Dr Kirtikumar Laxmidas Mehta, Dipabahen Niravkumar Mehta, Minaxi Kirtikumar Mehta and Brinda Ankur Mehta, along with investors Anchor Partners, Sage Investment Trust and Sepia Investments are offloading their stake.
