Aye Finance IPO: The initial public offering of new-age finance company Aye Finance will open for subscription on February 9. The issue will conclude on February 11. The company has set a price band of ₹122 to ₹129 per share.

The ₹1,010 crore initial share sale is a fresh issuance of shares valued at ₹710 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹300 crore by Alpha Wave India I LP, CapitalG LP, MAJ Invest Financial Inclusion Fund II K/S, LGT Capital Invest Mauritius PCC with Cell E/VP and Vikram Jetley.

The fresh issue proceeds will be used for augmenting the company's capital base to meet future capital requirements arising out of the growth of business and assets. "In addition, our company expects to receive the benefits of listing of the equity shares on the stock exchanges, including enhancement of our company’s brand name and creation of a public market for our equity shares in India," the firm said in its red herring prospectus.

Aye Finance IPO: Lot size

A lot consists of 116 shares and multiples thereof. The company has reserved 75% of the net offer for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), 15% for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and 10% for retail individual investors.

  • Initiation of refunds: February 13

Aye Finance is a non-banking financial company – middle layer (NBFC-ML) – offering loans to microscale, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across India. It provides a range of business loans for working capital and business expansion requirements.

It is among the leading NBFCs providing business loans to the largely underserved domestic micro-scale enterprises, with 586,825 active unique customers across 18 states and 3 union territories. It had total assets under management of ₹6,027.62 crore as of September 30, 2025.
