Aye Finance IPO: The initial public offering of non-banking financial company (NBFC) Aye Finance Ltd opened for subscription on Monday, February 9. The issue will end on Wednesday, February 11. The price band has been set at ₹122 to ₹129 per share.

The ₹1,010 crore book-build issue consists of a fresh issuance of 5.50 crore shares totalling ₹710 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 2.33 crore shares worth ₹300 crore.

Under the OFS, Vikram Jetley, LGT Capital Invest Mauritius PCC with Cell E/VP, MAJ Invest Financial Inclusion Fund II K/S, CapitalG LP and Alpha Wave India I LP are offloading their stake.

The company intends to use fresh issue proceeds towards augmenting its capital base to meet future capital needs arising out of the growth of business and assets.

Aye Finance IPO Day 1: Subscription status

The issue has been subscribed 4% so far on the first day of bidding. It got bids for 18,56,116 shares as against 4,55,32,785 shares on offer, according to the NSE data until 2:43 pm.

Aye Finance IPO: Lot size

A lot consists of 116 shares and in multiples thereafter. Under the allocation structure, 75% of the net issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, while non-institutional investors and retail individual investors are allotted 15% and 10%, respectively.

Before the IPO, the company raised ₹454.5 crore from 19 anchor investors, including Nippon India Mutual Fund, Bay Pond Partners, Goldman Sachs Funds, Abakkus Four2Eight Opportunities Fund, Integrated Core Strategies (Asia), Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust and HDFC Life Insurance Company.

Aye Finance IPO: Allotment and listing date

The basis of allotment of the Aye Finance IPO is expected to be finalised on Thursday, February 12, while the listing on the NSE and the BSE will take place on February 16.

Classified as a middle-layer NBFC, the company focuses on lending to micro and small enterprises (MSEs).

Axis Capital, JM Financial, Nuvama Wealth and IIFL Capital are the IPO's book-running lead managers, while KFin Technologies serves as the registrar.
