Aye Finance IPO: The initial public offering of non-banking financial company (NBFC) Aye Finance Ltd has been subscribed 18% so far on Wednesday, February 11, the final day of bidding.

The issue received bids for 81,12,808 shares compared to 4,55,32,785 shares on offer, according to NSE data until 11:06 am. The part reserved for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 56%, while the quota for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) got 13% subscription. The portion for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 2%.

The ₹1,010-crore issue, with a price band of ₹122 to ₹129 per share, comprises a fresh issue component of ₹710 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹300 crore by Alpha Wave India I LP, CapitalG LP, Vikram Jetley, LGT Capital Invest Mauritius PCC with Cell E/VP and MAJ Invest Financial Inclusion Fund II K/S. The lot size for an application is 116 shares.

The company intends to utilise the fresh issue proceeds to augment its capital base, supporting future capital requirements arising from the expansion of its business and asset base.

Aye Finance, which is classified as a middle-layer NBFC, focuses on lending to micro and small enterprises (MSEs). As of September 2025, it operated across 18 states and three Union Territories.

Aye Finance IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised on Thursday, February 12, 2026. The company's shares will hit the secondary market on February 16.
