Waaree Energies Q4 Results Highlights: The solar panel manufacturer reported a 34.1% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹618.91 crore in the latest March quarter, compared to ₹461.52 crore a year back.

Amit Paithankar, Whole Time Director and CEO fo Waaree Energies, said, "FY25 marks a pivotal inflection point in Waaree’s journey- a year where our strategy, scale, and execution converged to deliver industry-leading EBITDA performance of ₹3,123.20 crore. This performance underscores the strength of our execution capabilities and the quality of order book, with centred focus on margins."
He added, "We see encouraging demand trends, which bodes well for future growth. Waaree is focused on both backward and forward integration, reflected in our expansion and investment plans including cell, ingot and wafer manufacturing, battery energy storage system, power infrastructure and inverters. Our 1.6 GW module manufacturing facility is operational in Brookshire, Texas, USA. This reinforces our commitment to the American market and underlines our local-for-local manufacturing philosophy. Our strategy of local manufacturing and supply chain management will help us navigate through the changing policy environment."
Moreover, Paithankar said, "Our EBITDA outlook for FY26 stands at ₹5,500 crore to ₹6,000 crore. The quality of our order book and execution capabilities will enable us to achieve these numbers."
Waaree Energies' domestic customers include Aditya Birla Group, AMP Solar Group, Amara Raja, Susten, Suzlon, and Ujaas, among others. Its international customers include Aldo Energy, Cengiz Holding, Else Enerji, and Tuncmatik.
The company had recorded its 52-week high of ₹3,743 apiece on November 6, 2024, and its 52-week low of ₹1,863 per unit on April 7, 2025.
Waaree Energies stock is trading 53.54% higher at ₹2,602 apiece on the NSE, compared to the issue price of ₹1,503.
"Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para A (15)(a) of Part A of Schedule III thereto, this is to inform you that a conference call for analysts/institutional investors will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) in respect of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The call invite is attached herewith," the company said in an exchange filing.
Shares of Waaree Energies are trading 5.64% higher at ₹2,582.10 apiece on the National Stock Exchange ahead of earnings announcement.
In an exchange filing, the company said, "Waaree Energies Limited has informed the Exchange about Board Meeting to be held on 22-Apr-2025 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial results of the Company for the Yearly ended March 2025."
