Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a 75.32% sequential rise in its conolidated net profit to ₹93.76 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹53.35 crore in Q3FY25.

Waaree Renewable's revenue from operations increased by 32.26% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to ₹476.58 crore in Q4FY25 from ₹360.35 crore in Q3FY25.

Waaree Renewable recorded a 74.37% YoY top line growth. The company's revenue from operations stood at ₹476.58 crore in Q4FY25, in contrast to ₹273.31 crore in Q4FY24.

Waaree Renewable Technologies on Wednesday, April 16, posted an 82.73% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹93.76 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹51.31 crore in the year-ago period.

As of March 31, 2025, Wipro had a total headcount of 2,33,346. The voluntary attrition was at 15% on a trailing 12-month basis, the company said in an exchange filing.

Aparna Iyer, Chief Financial Officer, said, "For Q4 operating margins expanded 110 basis points year on year and for the full financial year margin expanded by 90 basis points. Our focus on execution rigour has ensured that our margins have steadily expanded even in a softening revenue environment. Our endeavor will be to maintain the margin in a narrow band in the coming quarters. Our net income grew 6.4% sequentially in Q4 and 18.9% for the full financial year. Cash flow continued to be robust in Q4 resulting in net operating cash flow generation of almost $ 2 Bn for FY’25, which is 128.2% of our net income."

Wipro said that it expects revenue from its IT services business segment to be in the range of $2,505 million to $2,557 million for quarter ending June 30, 2025.

"This translates to sequential guidance of (-)3.5% to (-)1.5% in constant currency terms," the company said.

Wipro Q4 results: Revenue from operations increased 1.33% to ₹22,504 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 against ₹22,208.3 crore a year back. Sequentially, it rose 0.83%.

Information technology major Wipro reported a 25.92% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹3,569.6 crore in the latest January-March quarter, compared to ₹2,834.6 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially, the net profit increased 6.43%.

Wipro shares settled 1.48% higher at ₹247.6 apiece on the NSE ahead of results.

Shares of Swaraj Engines rose 4.4% to ₹4,175 per unit on the NSE after net profit increased 29.1% to ₹45.42 crore.

Swaraj Engines' board has recommended an equity dividend of ₹104.5 per share for the financial year 2024-25.

"The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 28th June, 2025 to Friday, 4th July, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive the dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 15th July, 2025. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid/dispatched by the Company in permitted modes after Tuesday, 15th July, 2025 within the stipulated timelines," the company said.

Diesel engine maker Swaraj Engines' revenue from operations increase 29.4% to ₹454.16 crore as against ₹350.96 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Diesel engine maker Swaraj Engines posted a 29.1% increase in its net profit to ₹45.42 crore, compared to ₹35.18 crore a year back.

The market capitalisation of Wipro stands at ₹2,58,142.21 crore as the stock rose 1% to ₹246.5 apiece on the NSE ahead of earnings.

Ahead of announcing Q4 results, shares of stockbroker Angel One advanced 1% to trade at ₹2,342.
