JSW Infrastructure reported a 19% decline in standalone profit to ₹84.86 crore in the March 2025, compared to ₹104.70-crore in Q4FY24.

Godrej Agrovet's board of directors recommended a final dividend at 110% on the equity shares of the company, which translates to ₹11 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each for FY25.

It is subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing thirty-fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.

Godrej Agrovet's consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹2,133.64 crore in Q4FY25, remaining flat on the negative end from ₹2,134.28 crore in the year-ago period.

Equitas Small Finance Bank on Wednesday recorded a 80% decline in net profit to ₹42.11 crore during the latest January-March quarter, mainly due to increased provisioning.

The bank had posted a post-tax profit of ₹207.62 crore in the year-ago period.

Ajanta Pharma's consolidated net profit for the latest March quarter stood at ₹225.26 crore, reflecting an increase of 11.11% from ₹202.72 crore a year ago.

Adani Power Ltd on Wednesday reported a 3.66% drop in its fourth quarter consolidated net profit to ₹2,636.97 crore, compared to ₹2,737.24 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd posted a 50.17% increase in its consolidated profit after tax to ₹7,264.85 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹4,837.69 crore a year back.

The company's board recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.

The record date for payment of the final dividend would be fixed and intimated in due course.

Coromandel International Ltd on Wednesday reported a 3.89% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹579.67 crore for the quarter ended March.

Its net profit stood at ₹160.31 crore in the year-ago period.

The company's board also approved a final dividend of ₹6 per share and a special dividend of ₹3.

The record date is July 17. The final and special dividend will be paid on or before, August 23, 2025.

Vedanta on Wednesday reported a 154.41% growth in consolidated net profit to ₹3,483 crore in the quarter ended March 2025.

The firm had a net profit of ₹1,369 crore in the January-March quarter of 2024.

Exide Industries' net profit for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹187.91 crore, up 1.19% from ₹185.7 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Greaves Cotton reported an 839.45% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹24.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2025, compared to ₹2.56 crore a year back.

The company's Board recommended payment of a dividend of ₹2 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation to announce financial years for the quarter and year ended March 2025 on May 7.

Varun Beverages' Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹0.5 per share for FY25.

Shares of Tata group retail firm Trent Ltd fell 3% on Wednesday after the company reported a 56.24% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹311.60 crore for the latest March quarter, on account of exceptional gains in the previous corresponding quarter.

The company had recorded a consolidated net profit of ₹712.09 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.

Shares of Vedanta were trading 0.6% higher at ₹418.8 per unit on the NSE. The company will announce earnings on Wednesday.

Ahead of Q4 results, shares of Adani Power were trading 0.23% lower at ₹547.4 apiece on the NSE.

Shares of NBFC firm Bajaj Finance slipped 4.62% to ₹8,672.5 apiece on the NSE as the company reported a 16% YoY rise in its standalone net profit to ₹3,940 crore in the March 2025 quarter.

Shares of retail chain Shoppers Stop fell 5.95% on Wednesday after the company reported a 91.4% decline in consolidated profit to ₹1.99 crore in the March quarter, compared to ₹23.18 crore in the year-ago period.
