    "The Board has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs.16/- per fully paid-up equity share of face value ₹5 each; and ₹4 per partly paid-up equity share of face value ₹5 each (paid-up value ₹1.25 per share) for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend is in proportion to the amount paid-up on each equity share of face value ₹5 each," Bharti Airtel said.

  2. Bharti Airtel Q4: Profit increases six-fold to ₹12,476 crore

    Bharti Airtel reported a 503.22% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹12,475.8 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹2,068.2 crore a year-ago.

    Its revenue from operations stood at ₹47,876.2 crore in the quarter under review, surging 27.33% YoY from ₹37,599.1 crore in Q4FY24.

  3. Siemens net profit down over 37% to ₹408 crore in March quarter

    Siemens on Tuesday reported over 37 per cent decline in its net profit to Rs 408 crore in March quarter, compared to the same period year ago, mainly due to under-absorption of fixed costs and higher material costs in the Digital Industries business.

    The company follows an October to September fiscal year.

    Its net profit stood at Rs 649 crore for the quarter ended on March 31, 2024, a company statement said.

    The decline in profit from operations was due to under-absorption of fixed costs and higher material costs in the Digital Industries business, according to the statement.

    Additionally, it explained that the profit was impacted by an extraordinary gain of Rs 192 crore from the sale of property in Q2 FY 2024 and demerger expenses of Rs 63 crore in the current quarter.

    Revenue remained flat due to the ongoing normalisation of demand in Digital Industries and due to normal project delivery schedules in the Mobility business.

  4. Tata Motor Q4: Management commentary

    Commenting on the results, PB Balaji, the Group Chief Financial Officer of Tata Motors said: “Despite external headwinds, Tata Motors sustained its strong performance in FY25, delivering its highest ever revenues and PBT(bei). On a consolidated basis the automotive business is now debt-free, reducing interest costs. This is both pleasing and significant as it reflects healthy business fundamentals delivered by a resilient team. Drawing strength from it, in this environment of heightened uncertainty, we will remain agile, proactively drive our growth agenda, reduce our cash breakeven further whilst continuing to invest in our future. With the shareholders also approving the demerger, we are on track to realise the full potential of each of the businesses.”

  5. Tata Motors Q4 results: Board recommends dividend

    Tata Motor's board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share with a face value of ₹3 each (300%) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval.

    The dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before June 24, 2025, the auto maker said.

  6. Tata Motors Q4: Profit slips 51% YoY to ₹8,470 crore

    Tata Motors on Tuesday reported a 51.34% YoY fall in its consolidated net profit to ₹8,470 crore in Q4FY25. In the corresponding period last year, it had clocked ₹17,407 crore.

    In March FY25, its revenue from operations stood at ₹1.20 lakh crore, up 0.4% YoY from ₹1.19 lakh crore.

    Its EBITDA stood at ₹16,992 crore in the quarter under review, down 0.01% from ₹16,993 crore in the year-ago period.

  7. Hero MotorCorp Q4: Management commentary

    Commenting on the results, Vikram S Kasbekar, Executive Director & Acting Chief Executive Officer of Hero MotorCorp, said: “We achieved highest‐ever revenue and profit in the year, reinforcing our position as the market leader for the 24th consecutive year, closing both CY24 and FY25 at the top."

    "Our success during the year was underpinned by robust growth across the premium, scooter, and EV segments, fueled by several new product launches. Export volumes outpaced industry trends, and we further expanded our premium retail footprint across India while entering new global markets," he added.

    "We are observing strong retail traction, especially in our new premium and scooter offerings," he stated.

    "Continued consolidation in the core segment, growth in the 125cc category, and the upcoming EV launch position us well for sustained momentum,” Kasbekar said.

    Hero MotorCorp's CFO, Vivek Anand, said: "Hero MotoCorp delivered strong financial performance during the year, driven by disciplined fiscal management and focused strategic execution."

    "Looking ahead, we remain optimistic about the near‐to‐mid‐term outlook, key macroeconomic indicators, including revised income tax slabs, repo rate cuts, a strengthening rural economy, and a favorable monsoon forecast, are expected to support industry growth,” Anand stated.

  8. Hero MotorCorp Q4 results: Board recommends ₹65 final dividend

    The board of Hero MotorCorp also recommended a final dividend of ₹65 per share with a face value of ₹2 each (3,250%), subject to shareholder approval.

    It fixed July 24, 2025 as the record date.

  9. Hero MotorCorp Q4 results: Profit surges over 6% YoY to ₹1,081 crore

    Hero MotorCorp announced a 6.39% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its standalone net profit to ₹1,080.94 crore in March FY25, as against ₹1,016.05 crore in the year-ago period.

    Its revenue from operations stood at ₹9,938.65 crore in Q4FY25, jumping 4.44% YoY from ₹9,519.30 crore in Q4FY24.

    However, the sale of two wheelers slipped to 13.81 lakh in the quarter under review. In the corresponding period last year, the company sold 13.92 lakh two wheelers.

  10. GAIL (India) standalone Q4: Net profit down 47% QoQ

    Revenue up 2.1% to Rs 35,685 crore versus ₹34,937 crore.

    Net Profit down 47% to ₹2,049 crore versus ₹3,867 crore.

    Ebitda up 13.3% to ₹3,215 crore versus ₹2,838 crore.

    Margin at 9.01% versus 8.1%.

    To issue 6.4 crore fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis worth ₹858 crore.

    In the fiscal year 2024-25, the consolidated net loss widened to ₹160.75 crore from ₹105.08 crore in the previous fiscal year, it said.

    Consolidated revenue from operations in FY25 stood at ₹6.66 crore as compared to ₹11.69 crore in FY24, the company said.

  12. Suven Life Sciences Q4 updates: Shares jump over 10% after Q4 earnings

    Suven Life Sciences Ltd on Tuesday reported a widening of consolidated net loss to ₹43.95 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, hit by a dip in revenue and higher expenses.

    The company had posted a consolidated net loss of ₹26.54 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal year.

    Consolidated revenue from operations in the quarter under review stood at ₹1.47 crore against ₹2.39 crore in the year-ago period.

    Total expenses in the March quarter were higher at ₹46.63 crore as compared to ₹34.21 crore in the same period a year ago, the company said.

    For the quarter, an EBITDA loss of ₹43.8 crore was reported as against an EBITDA loss of ₹30.3 crore.

    Following the earnings, shares of Suven were trading over 10%. At 2:22 PM, shares were trading 6.65% at ₹163.25 apiece on NSE.

  13. Patel Engineering Q4 updates: Management's commentary

  14. Patel Engineering Q4 updates: Net profit declines 73%, revenue up

    Patel Engineering’s consolidated net profit for Q4 FY25 declined 73% to ₹38.17 crore as against ₹140.35 crore in the same quarter last fiscal year.

    Its revenue, however, increased 20% to ₹1,611.86 crore as compared to ₹1,343.18 crore in Q4 FY24.

    Operating EBITDA also slipped 8% to ₹218.34 crore in contrast to ₹237.58 crore. Margin for the quarter was at 13.5% versus 17.7% YoY.

    Shares of Patel Engineering were trading down 2.65% at ₹43.42 apiece on NSE.

  15. Cipla Q4 updates: Board recommends final dividend of ₹13 per share

    Cipla’s Board of Directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

    The company has also recommended a special dividend of ₹3 per equity share on the occasion of completing 90 years of Cipla, taking the total dividend to ₹16 per equity share (face value ₹2 each).

    The record date for payment of final dividend will be June 27, 2025.

    After the earnings announcement, shares of Cipla were trading at ₹1,518.60 per share on NSE, advancing 0.46%.

  16. Cipla Q4: Net profit jumps over 30% to ₹1,214 crore

    Drug major Cipla’s net profit increased 30.1% for the January-March quarter of FY25 to ₹1,221.84 crore as compared to ₹939.04 crore year-on-year (YoY).

    Its total revenue from operations for the quarter was seen at ₹6729.69 crore, rising 9.2% from ₹6,163.24 crore in Q4 FY24.

    For Q4 FY25, EBITDA also jumped 16.8% to ₹1,537 crore in contrast to ₹1,316 crore YoY. Margin for the quarter under review rose 22.84% YoY from 21% in Q4 FY24.

  19. Hero MotoCorp shares trade lower ahead of earnings

    Shares of Hero MotoCorp were trading lower on Tuesday ahead of its March quarterly earnings announcement.

    On Monday, the two-wheeler manufacturer had allotted 4,872 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each to the eligible employees of the company who have exercised their stock options/units under the Employee Incentive Scheme 2014.

    Hero MotoCorp shares were trading at ₹3,976 apiece, falling 0.22% on NSE.

    The company’s consolidated profit after tax increased 2% to ₹1,108 crore in the December quarter, aided by higher sales. The two-wheeler major reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹1,091 crore in the October-December quarter of last fiscal.

    Its revenue from operations rose to ₹10,260 crore in the third quarter against ₹9,788 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.

  21. Bharti Airtel shares decline ahead of March earnings

    Shares of Bharti Airtel were trading lower on Tuesday as the telecom major is expected to announce its January-March quarter earnings today.

    At 10:10 AM, the stock was down 1.3% to trade at ₹1,397.75 apiece on the National Stock Exchange.
