Board of Anant Raj also recommended a final dividend of ₹0.73 per equity share of the face value of ₹2 each, which is 36.50%, subject to the approval of sharesholders at its AGM.

Anant Raj's consolidated revenue from operations surged 22.16% YoY to ₹540.65 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹442.59 crore in the year-ago period.

Anant Raj's consolidated net profit for Q4FY25 stood at ₹118.79 crore, jumping 41.40% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹84.01 crore in Q4FY24.

The board of Mahindra Logistics recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of the face value of ₹10 each, which is 25%, for FY25, the company said.

The dividend payment for the same will be made after Tuesday, July 22, 2025, subject to Members approval at the 18th Annual General Meeting.

Mahindra Logistics reported a 8.19% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated revenue from operations to ₹1,569.51 crore in Q4FY25 as against ₹1,450.76 crore in Q4FY24.

Mahindra Logistics' consolidated loss after tax contracted to ₹5.29 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹11.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Shares of GNA Axles surged 16.71% to ₹382.40 on the NSE, after the company annouced its fourth quarter results. Its board also recommeded an interim dividened.

GNA Axles' board of directors recommended a dividend of ₹3 per 4.29 crore (4,29,30,800) equity share of the company.
