Manappuram Finance reported a net loss ₹203.2 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹563.5 crore in Q4FY24.

Its NII stood at ₹1,464.3 crore, down 6.7% YoY from ₹1,569 crore in the year-ago period.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories' profit stood at ₹1,594 crore in Q4FY25, up 22% YoY from ₹1,307 crore in Q4FY24.

Its revenue from operations surged 8.6% YoY to ₹8,506 crore in the quarter under review, in contrast to ₹7,830 crore in the year-ago period.

Its EBITDA was at ₹2,975 crore, expanding 58.9% YoY from ₹1,872 crore. Its margin increased to 29.1% from 24%.

Its board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹8 per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year 2024-25.

Bank of India reported an 82.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profit to ₹2,626 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹1,439 crore in Q4FY24.

Its net interest income (NII) stood at ₹2,063 crore in the quarter under review, up 2.1% YoY from ₹5,936 crore in the year-ago period.

Commenting on the results, Sriharsha Majety, MD and Group CEO of Swiggy, said: "FY25 was a year of many firsts for Swiggy. We launched multiple new apps, across Instamart, Snacc and recently, Pyng; all of which are aimed at opening up new user-segments and markets. Our Food delivery engine delivered best-ever results across innovation and execution, driving category-leading growth and rising profitability in lockstep."

"Quick-commerce is in a phase of rapid expansion and heightened competitive intensity, for which we have ramped-up investments aimed at market expansion (Megapods), reach (1000+ stores across 124 cities) and differentiation (Maxxsaver). Our Out of Home Consumption business turned profitable in Q4, within just 2 years of its integration. Overall, we remain focused on growth, on the back of delivering unparalleled convenience to consumers," Majety stated.

Swiggy's revenue from operations grew by 44.8% to ₹4,410 crore in Q4 FY25, as against ₹3,045.5 crore in the year-ago periof.

Food aggregator Swiggy Ltd's net loss expanded to ₹1,081.1 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹554.7 crore a year back.

KPR Mill's consolidated net profit stood at ₹204.55 crore in Q4 FY25, up 4.24% from ₹213.61 crore a year back.

The company also recommended a final dividend of ₹2.5 per share for FY25.

Q4 Results Live Updates: Motherson Sumi Wiring India on Friday reported a 13.84% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹164.93 crore for the quarter ended March 2025. It had clocked a profit of ₹191.44 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a NSE filing.

The company recommended a final dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Cochin Shipyard will declare earnings on May 15 for the quarter ending March 2025.

Q4 Results Live Updates: Shyam Metalics and Energy on Friday posted a 1% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹218.75 crore in fourth quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal on higher income.

The company reported a net profit of ₹216.54 crore a year-ago, a regulatory filing said.

The company also recommended a final dividend of ₹2.25 per share for FY25.

Q4 Results Live Updates: Home solutions provider Cera Sanitaryware reported a 14.26% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹85.62 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹74.93 crore a year back.

It also recommended a dividend of ₹65 per share for the year ended March 2025. The record date is July 1.

Shiva Mills' Board will meet on May 22 to declare financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025.

Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of pharmaceutical major Dr Reddy's Laboratories are trading 0.42% lower at ₹1,143.2 apiece on the NSE.

Shares of biotech firm Biocon were trading 1.27% lower on the NSE on Friday after the company said its consolidated net profit surged over two-fold YoY to ₹344 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025.

Reliance Power shares are trading at ₹37.42 per unit, down 2.2% on the National Stock Exchange. The company will announce earnings on Thursday, May 9.

Shares of ABB India Ltd are trading 0.64% higher at ₹5,321.5 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) ahead of earnings.
