    Cochin Shipyard shares were trading 4.45% higher at ₹1,775.1 apiece on the NSE after the earnings announcement.

    Over the last five trading days, its shares have surged over 24.5%, while for a month’s period, the stock has gained 23%.

    Since November 18, 2024, which is six months, shares of the firm have climbed over 36%.

    The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹46,470.59 crore.

  17. Godrej Industries shares decline nearly 4% ahead of earnings

    Shares of Godrej Industries are trading 3.63% lower at ₹1,129.9 apiece on the NSE ahead of its March quarter earnings announcement.

    For the December quarter, the company had posted a 76.9% jump in its net profit to ₹188.2 crore for Q3 FY25 as against ₹106.4 crore in the year-ago quarter.

    Its revenue from operations was at ₹4,824.8 crore for Q3 FY25, up 34.4% as compared to the same period last fiscal year.

    Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of Godrej Industries climbed by 113.75% to ₹596.8 crore in Q3 FY25 from ₹279.2 crore in Q3 FY24, while the EBITDA margin stood at 12.4%, up from 7.8%.

  18. Cochin Shipyard Q4 results: Check date, time, dividend details

    Cochin Shipyard, a state-owned defence company incorporated in 1972, is slated to announce its March quarter (Q4 FY25) results on Thursday, May 15. The PSU is a prominent shipbuilding and ship repair company known for building and repairing large vessels, including the Indigenous Aircraft Carrier.

    In its exchange filing dated May 9, Cochin Shipyard said that along with the results announcement, the PSU may also declare the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 today, May 15.

    The company's board in Q3 results announcement had declared a second interim dividend of ₹3.5 per share for the financial year 2024-25 and had fixed February 12 as the record date. The said interim dividend was announced to be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before March 07. Read more

  19. ITC Hotels Q4 Results: Shares down 0.5% ahead of earnings

    ITC Hotels, the new entity after the demerger of the hotels business of diversified conglomerate ITC Ltd, will release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q5 FY25) on Thursday, May 15.

    The demerged entity was listed on the stock exchanges on January 29, 2025, at a discount of 30.7% at ₹180 on the NSE. The implied price was ₹260.

    On the BSE, shares were listed at ₹188 apiece. The implied price on the BSE was ₹270. Hence, this suggests that the stock was listed at a 30.3% discount on the BSE.

    The demerger of ITC's hotel business came into effect on January 1, 2025, with January 6 fixed as the record date. The move separated ITC Hotel from the parent entity.

    In the early trade, the stock was trading 0.54% lower at ₹200.84 on the NSE. Read more
