Revenue from operations of Jio Financial Services increased by 17.9% during the January-March quarter of FY25 to ₹493 crore as against ₹418 crore posted in Q4 FY24.

Jio Financial Services, announcing its financial results on Thursday, reported a 1.8% jump in its net profit for the March quarter of FY25 at ₹316 crore as compared to ₹310 crore in the year-ago period.

Tata Elxsi's board has recommended a dividend of ₹75 per equity share on Thursday, April 17, for the financial year 2024-25 (FY25).

Tata Elxsi's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) declined 16% QoQ during Q4 FY25 to ₹207.3 crore as against ₹246.6 crore in Q3. EBITDA margin of the company was at 22.8% for the reporting period as compared to 26.3% in the previous quarter.

Revenue from operations of the company stood at ₹908 crore for the January-March quarter of FY25 as against ₹939 crore in the December quarter, down 3.3% on a quarter-on-quarter basis.

Tata Elxsi on Thursday reported a 14% decline in its net profit to ₹172 crore for the March quarter of FY25 (Q4) as against ₹199 crore in the third quarter (Q3 FY25).

Infosys has approved the acquisitions of two companies, MRE Consulting and The Missing Link, aimed at strengthening the IT major's digital and cybersecurity capabilities. MRE Consulting is a tech consulting firm based in Houston, while The Missing Link is an Australia-based cybersecurity company.

IT major Infosys has granted employee stock option plans (ESOPs) worth nearly ₹50 crore to Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Salil Parekh in the financial year 2024-25 (FY25). This includes the annual performance-based stock incentives.

As of March 31, 2024, the company had 323,578 employees, reflecting a 1.99% increase from 317,240 a year back. Sequentially, the employee count rose 0.06%.

Infosys on Thursday announced a definitive agreement to acquire MRE Consulting Ltd, a technology and business consulting service provider. This strategic investment brings newer capabilities for Infosys in trading and risk management, especially in the energy sector.

Infosys' Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend is May 30, 2025. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025.

Infosys' revenue from operations increased 7.91% to ₹40,925 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 against ₹37,923 crore a year back. Sequentially, it declined 2%.

Information technology major Infosys reported an 11.74% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹7,033 crore in the latest January-March quarter, compared to ₹7,969 crore in the year-ago period. Sequentially, the net profit increased 3.33%.

HDFC Life Insurance on Thursday posted a 16% increase in standalone net profit at ₹477 crore in the fourth quarter of 2024-25 fiscal, compared to ₹412 crore a year back.

IT major Infosys Ltd will release its latest March quarter results shortly. The stock settled 1% higher at ₹1,427.7 apiece on the NSE.

HDFC Asset Management Company's Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹90 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

HDFC Asset Management Company reported an 18% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹638.46 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹540.84 crore a year back.

Shares of HDFC Life Insurance Company are trading at ₹721.5, up 0.76%, on the NSE ahead of Q4 FY25 results.

Shares of Tata Elxsi are trading 0.33% lower at ₹4,912.5 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. The company will announce earnings on Thursday.

Infosys shares are trading in the positive territory, rising 0.13% to ₹1,415 apiece on the NSE ahead of results.

IT major Infosys will announce results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 2025 on Thursday, April 17 around 3:45 pm, the company said in an exchange filing.

The firm's leadership team will be part of a press conference at 4:15 p.m.
