Motor and generator manufacturer CG Power and Industrial Solutions' consolidated net profit stood at ₹271.97 crore, up 16.42% from ₹233.6 crore in the year-ago period.

Bank of Baroda on Tuesday reported a 3.29% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹5,047.73 crore in the March quarter compared to ₹4,886.49 crore in the year-ago period.

The public lender recommended a dividend of ₹8.35 per equity share for FY2024-25, subject to declaration/approval at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting.

The record date is June 6.

JBM Auto Ltd on Tuesday reported a 18.99% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹66.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Its net profit stood at ₹55.75 crore in the year-ago period.

Safari Industries (India) Ltd on Tuesday reported a decline of 13.86% in its consolidated profit at ₹33.48 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2025.

The company had posted a net profit of ₹38.87 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals posted a 12.1% fall in its consolidated net profit to ₹156.63 crore in the March FY25 quarter as against ₹178.21 crore a year back.

Revenue from operations increased 16.65% to ₹1,769.64 crore in the reporting quarter, compared to ₹1,516.98 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

Polycab India reported a 33% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹726.6 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹546 crore a year back.

The company's board recommended a dividend of ₹35 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The record date for dividend purpose will be intimated in due course.

Kansai Nerolac Paints will release its earnings on Tuesday, May 6. Prior to results, the stock is up 0.3% to ₹256.2 on the NSE.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) shares were trading at ₹400.85 per unit, reflecting a decline of 2.2% on the NSE ahead of the earnings announcement.

Patel Engineering's Board of Directors of the Company will meet on May 13 to consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025.

Shares of Piramal Enterprises were trading 1.57% lower at ₹992.45 apiece on the NSE. The company will announce earnings on Tuesday, May 6.

Ahead of Q4 FY25 results, shares of Bank of Baroda were trading 0.24% higher at ₹249.74 apiece on the NSE.
