Voltas Q4 net profit stood at ₹241 crore in Q4FY25, jumping 107.76% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹116 crore in Q4FY24.

The company's revenue increased by 13.42% YoY to ₹4,767 crore in the quarter under review, as against ₹4,203 crore in Q4FY24.

Its EBITDA was at ₹332.8 crore, up 74.6% YoY from ₹191 crore in the year-ago period. Its margin expanded to 7% compared to 4.5% last year.

Voltas' board recommended a final dividend of ₹7 per equity share.

Sonata Software on Wednesday reported a 2.4% quarter-on-quarter rise in its net profit to ₹108 crore in Q4FY25, as against ₹105 crore in Q3FY25.

Its revenue fell by 7.9% QoQ to ₹2,617.2 crore in March FY25, as against ₹2,842.8 crore in December FY25.

Tata Chemical's board of directors also recommended a final dividend of ₹11 per equity share i.e. 110% for the financial year 2024-25.

Tata Chemicals posted a net loss of ₹56 crore in Q4FY25, contracting from a loss of ₹850 crore in Q4FY24.

Its revenue rose marginally by 1% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹3,509 crore in the quarter under review, compared to ₹3,475 crore in Q4FY24.

The company's EBITDA stood at ₹327 crore, slipping 26% YoY from ₹443 crore in year-ago period. Its margin shrank to 9.3% from 13.8%.

Coal India's Q4 consolidated net profit stood at ₹9,604.02 crore in Q4FY25, jumping 12.04% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹8,572.14 crore in Q4FY24.

Its revenue from operations for the fourth quarter of the financial year was seen at ₹37,824.54 crore, falling 1.02% YoY from ₹38,213.48 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last fiscal year.

Coal India's board recommends final dividend for the financial year 2024-25 at ₹ 5.15 per share of the face value of ₹10.

Home appliances maker Blue Star reported a consolidated net profit of ₹193.64 crore in the latest March quarter, up 20.6% from ₹160.54 crore a year back.

The company's board also recommended a final dividend of ₹9 for FY25. The record date is July 18.

FMCG major Dabur India posted an 8.41% fall in its consolidated net profit to ₹320.13 crore in the latest March quarter, compared to ₹349.53 crore a year back.

Revenue from operations increased 0.55% to ₹2,830.14 crore in Q4 FY25 as against ₹2,814.64 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company also recommended a dividend of ₹5.25 per share for FY25.

Petrochemical manufacturing company TamilNadu Petroproducts Ltd has recorded a standalone PAT of ₹24.91 crore for the January-March 2025 quarter, the company said on Wednesday.

The city-based company registered a post-tax profit of ₹10.96 crore during the corresponding quarter of previous financial year.

Steel products manufacturer APL Apollo on Wednesday reported 71.97% rise in net profit at ₹293.11 crore for March quarter FY25.

It had earned a net profit of ₹170.44 crore in the year-ago period.

The company recommended a final dividend of ₹5.75 per equity share of face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

Punjab National Bank recorded a 3.8% increase in its net interest income to ₹10,757 crore in Q4 FY25 as against ₹10,363 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Punjab National Bank has recommended a dividend of ₹2.90 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Wonderla Holidays' profit after tax stands at ₹11 crore, down 51% from ₹22.6 crore a year back.

The company's board also recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share.

Sapphire Foods reported a 25% fall in consolidated profit in the March quarter to ₹17.91 crore.

The firm posted a net profit of ₹23.9 crore in the year-ago period.

Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd on Wednesday reported a decline of 20.16% in its standalone profit at ₹16.87 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2025.

The company had posted a net profit of ₹21.13 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.

HUDCO on Wednesday reported a 3.93% growth in consolidated profit after tax at ₹727.74 crore in January-March 2025 quarter.

The company had posted a consolidated PAT of ₹700.16 crore in the last quarter of FY24.

MRF posted a 32.98% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹492.74 crore as against ₹370.52 crore a year back.

Online auto classifieds platform CarTrade Tech on Wednesday reported a 85.78% increase in consolidated profit after tax to ₹41.82 crore for the quarter ended in March 2025 compared to ₹22.51 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal.

Aadhar Housing Finance shares were trading 1.56% lower at ₹457.4 apiece on the NSE on Wednesday after the company reported a 21% YoY improvement in net profit to ₹245 crore in the fourth quarter of 2024-25.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) shares will be in limelight on Wednesday as the firm reported 26% YoY rise in its March quarter net profit to ₹3,415.44 crore as higher refining margins helped negate unpaid LPG subsidies.

Shares of Piramal Enterprises will be in focus on Wednesday after the company recorded a 25% decline in consolidated profit in the latest March quarter to ₹102 crore.
