Bajaj Finance's board recommended amending the Memorandum of Association to increase the authorised share capital from ₹150 crore to ₹1,000 crore, subject to shareholder approval.

Bajaj Finance recommended sub-division of one equity share of face value of ₹2 each fully paid-up into two equity shares of face value of ₹1 each fully paid-up.

The board of Bajaj Finance recommended an issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 4:1 i.e., four bonus equity shares of ₹1 each for every one equity share of ₹1 each fully paid up.

The board of Bajaj Finance announced two dividends, including a declaration of special dividend of ₹12 per share (600%) of face value of ₹2 each and a recommended a final dividend of ₹44 per share (2,200%) of face value of ₹2 each for FY25.

Bajaj Finance's revenue from operations stood at ₹18,456.85 crore in Q4FY25, jumping 23.65% YoY from ₹14,927.19 crore in Q4FY24.

Bajaj Finance announced a 18.85% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹4,545.57 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹3,824.53 crore in Q4FY24.

IndiMART's board of directors also recommended two dividends, including a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share and a special dividend of ₹20 apiece, aggregating to ₹50 per share.

The payment of the two is subject to shareholder approval in the ensuing AGM.

IndiMART's revenue from operations stood at ₹355.1 crore in Q4FY24, jumping 12.84% YoY from ₹314.7 crore in Q4FY24.

IndiMART on Tuesday, April 29 announced a 81.33% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹180.6 crore in Q4FY25, compared to ₹99.6 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) posted an 8.3% decline in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to ₹4,391.83 crore in the fourth quarter of the March quarter, compared to ₹4,789.57 crore in Q4 FY24. Sequentially, it rose 15.39%.

BPCL's Board recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

"The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM. The Record Date for the final dividend will be intimated separately," the company said.

Trent, which operates Zudio and Westside stores, recommended a dividend of ₹5 per equity share, subject to the approval of shareholders.

"The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or after the fourth day from the conclusion of the 73rd Annual General Meeting," the company said.

Zudio operator Trent on Tuesday reported a 54.82% decline in net profit at ₹318.15 crore for the March quarter FY25.

The Tata Group company had earned a net profit of ₹704.23 crore in the year-ago period.

Ambuja Cements on Tuesday reported a decline of 8.97% in consolidated net profit to ₹956.27 crore for the March quarter.

The company had posted a profit of ₹1050.58 crore in the January-March period a year ago.

Carbon black manufacturer PCBL Chemical reported a 9.69% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹100.19 crore for Q4 FY25, compared to ₹110.95 crore a year back.

Ahead of earnings, IndiaMART Intermesh shares are trading 4% higher at ₹2,325 per unit on the NSE.

Carraro India Ltd's Board will consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025 on May 27.

Shares of Zudio operator Trent were trading flat at ₹5,208 apiece, down 0.03%, on the NSE ahead of Q4 results and dividend announcement.
