Almost 100 companies will post their earnings number for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25 on Monday, May 19.

  1. Karur Vysya Bank Q4: Board recommends final dividend for FY25

    The lender’s board of directors has recommended a dividend of ₹2.6 per equity share of face value ₹2 each (i.e., 130%) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. It is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank.

    Shares of Karur Vysya Bank settled at ₹225.60 apiece, falling 0.07% on the National Stock Exchange.

  5. Power Grid shares trading higher ahead of earnings announcement

    Shares of Power Grid are trading higher ahead of its March quarter earnings. The stock on NSE is up 1.03% at ₹303.30 apiece.

    Power Grid Corporation of India reported a 4% decline in its consolidated net profit to ₹3,861.63 crore for the December 2024 quarter.

    It had posted ₹4,028.25 crore net profit in the year-ago quarter.

    The company's total income reduced to ₹11,743.06 crore from ₹11,819.70 crore in the October-December quarter of the preceding fiscal.

  6. Zydus Wellness Q4: Board approves stock split, recommends final dividend

    The board of directors of Zydus Wellness have recommended a final dividend of ₹6 (at 60%) per equity share of ₹10 each. The company also said that the dividend is subject to the approval of the members at the Annual General Meeting scheduled on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

    The company also announced a stock split of 1:5, i.e., the existing 1 (one) equity share having a face value of ₹10 each, fully paid‐up, into 5 equity shares having a face value of ₹2 each, fully paid‐up.

    "It will make equity shares of the company more accessible and is expected to encourage more participation of retail investors at large," the company said.

  10. DLF shares trade higher ahead of Q4 earnings

    Realty major shares are trading higher by 2.4% at ₹733.05 apiece, ahead of its March quarter earnings announcement.

    For the December quarter, the company reported a 61% increase in its consolidated profit to ₹1,058.73 crore for the quarter under review. Its net profit stood at ₹655.71 crore in the year-ago period.

    Total income rose 5.7% to ₹1,737.47 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal from ₹1,643.51 crore registered in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing.

    DLF is the country's largest real estate firm in terms of market cap. It has a strong presence in the Delhi-NCR and Tamil Nadu markets.

  11. Bharat Electronics Q4 results: Check earnings preview

    Defence equipment manufacturer Bharat Electronics (BEL) is set to announce its fourth-quarter results on Monday 19 May. The company is expected to report mixed quarterly earnings.

    According to experts, BEL could report a 4–6% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue to ₹8,600–₹8,950 crore, while its net profit could see a marginal rise of 1–4% YoY to ₹1,795–₹1,850 crore.

    In its latest quarterly business report, released on 1 April, the company announced that it had achieved a provisional and unaudited turnover of around ₹23,000 crore in FY25, representing a 16% YoY increase. BEL secured orders worth ₹18,715 crore in the previous fiscal year. As of 1 April 2025, its total order book stands at ₹71,650 crore, including an export order book of $359 million.

    During the quarterly results announcement, investors will keenly watch the company’s order book in light of recent order wins, management commentary on growth, and execution timelines for key projects. Final dividend payout for FY25 could also become a key highlights of Q4 earnings.

    Ahead of the Q4 results announcement, Bharat Electronics shares has hit a 52-week high of ₹372.95 and are trading 2.2% higher on NSE on Monday, May 19. The company’s shares have risen over 15% so far this month and are up more than 24% in 2025, along with other defence stocks, amid the government’s push for indigenisation of defence manufacturing and the India-Pakistan conflict.
