An array of companies will declare their financial results for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024-25 on Thursday. They include information technology giant Infosys, life insurer HDFC Life Insurance Company, non-deposit-taking non-banking financial company (NBFC) Jio Financial Services, and mutual fund company HDFC Asset Management Company.
Design and technology services provider Tata Elxsi, AI-focused hyperscale cloud platform E2E Networks, irrigation and water management solutions provider Mahindra EPC Irrigation, yarn manufacturer Omnitex Industries, NBFC Advik Capital, and real estate developer Sanathnagar Enterprises will also announce their March quarter report cards on April 17.

On Wednesday, Wipro posted a 25.9% increase in its consolidated net profit to ₹3,569.6 crore in Q4 FY25 as against ₹2,834.6 crore in the corresponding period previous fiscal year. Sequentially, the profit after tax increased 6.43%.

India's fourth-largest IT company's revenue from operations for the latest fourth quarter came in at ₹22,504.2 crore, an increase of 1.3% from ₹22,208.3 crore a year back. Sequentially, it rose 0.83%.

For the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26, the company expects its IT services revenue to be in the range of USD 2,505 million to USD 2,557 million, a decline of 1.5%-3.5% in constant currency terms on a sequential basis.

"The guidance is baked into all the uncertainties that we see, but I think the most important thing is what's happening in the macro environment. Today, in addition to the geopolitics this year, macro environment in the context of tariffs has created a lot of uncertainties to our clients and this uncertainty varies from country to country, markets to market, sectors by sectors," Wipro CEO and MD Srini Pallia said during the company's earnings conference.
