On Wednesday,
Bajaj Housing Finance posted a 54% increase in net profit to ₹587 crore in Q4 FY25 due to robust growth in housing loans. The firm had reported a net profit of ₹381 crore a year ago.
Total income surged to ₹2,508 crore in the reporting quarter from ₹1,997 crore a year ago. Interest income stood at ₹2,374 crore in the fourth quarter of FY25, compared to ₹1,908 crore in Q4 FY24.
"The company has strengthened its management team and will invest deeply in strategic business units (SBUs) and non-metro markets in FY26 for future growth of SBUs," Bajaj Housing Finance said in the statement.
