Kaynes Technologies share price jumps 8.2% on 43% rise in Q4FY25 net profit

Kaynes Technologies shares jumped 8.8% at ₹6,800 apiece on the NSE as the company announced strong quarterly results across the board. The company’s orderbook as of FY25 stood at ₹6,596 crore vs ₹4,115 crore in the previous year.

The total revenue for the quarter jumped to ₹984 crore, up by 54% YoY as against ₹637 crore in the previous year's similar quarter. The strong revenue growth is was largely due to robust orderbook inflow duing the quarter. The company derived more than 50% of its revenue from the industrial including EV verticle.

On the operational front, the EBITDA for the quarter jumped 76% YoY to ₹167 crore as compared to ₹95 crore. The EBITDA margin for the quarter jumped 211 bps to 17.1%. For FY25, the EBITDA jumped 62% YoY to ₹410 crore, and the EBITDA margin expanded by 101 bps to 15.1%.

On the bottom line front, the net profit for the quarter jumped 43% YoY to ₹116 crore as against ₹81.3 crore. The robust rise in the net profit came in despite 92% You jump in the finance costs to ₹29 crore.
