SUMMARY
HUDCO recorded a 3.93% growth in consolidated net profit to ₹727.74 crore in the final quarter of FY25. The company had posted a consolidated post-tax profit of ₹700.16 crore in Q4 FY24.

The dividend was declared along with the financial results for the March FY25 quarter during the market hours on Wednesday, May 7.
In an exchange filing, the company said, "The Board of Directors also recommended final dividend of ₹1.05/- per equity share, i.e., @ 10.50% (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of ₹10/- each, for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend is in addition to 1st interim dividend of ₹2.05/- per equity share and 2nd interim dividend of ₹1.05/- per equity share already declared and paid for the Financial Year 2024-25."
After a nod from shareholders, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of approval.

Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,820.88 crore in the reporting quarter, up 40.93% from ₹2,001.6 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The company's gross non-performing assets (NPA) reduced to 1.67% from 2.71%, while net NPA declined to 0.25% from 0.36%.
The company's assets under management (AUM) advanced 35%, surpassing its guidance of over 30%.
The stock is trading 3.84% lower at ₹209.57 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 1:37 pm. The company's market capitalisation stands at ₹41,953.82 crore.
