Cipla Q4 Results: Cipla on Tuesday, May 13, reported a consolidated revenue of ₹6,729.69 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), up 9.19% against ₹6,163.24 crore revenue logged in the year-ago period. Its total income came in at ₹7,019.15 crore, up 9.45% against ₹6,412.57 crore income seen in the March 2024 quarter.

The company's net profit stood at ₹1,221.84 crore, up 30% from ₹939.04 crore registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Cipla Q4 Results: Dividend Update and Record Date

Cipla said that its board has recommended a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and a special dividend of ₹3 per equity share on the occasion of completing 90 years of the company, taking the total dividend to ₹16 per equity share (face value ₹2 each).

The dividend, upon approval by the shareholders, will be paid to shareholders within 30 days from the date of the annual general meeting (AGM).

The record date for payment of the final dividend, if declared, shall be June 27, 2025, Cipla added.

Shares of the company, after the results announcement, were trading around 0.5% higher at ₹1,519.20 apiece on the BSE.
