The share of Bajaj Housing Finance settled at ₹131.92 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, rising 0.58% on Wednesday.
The company’s net total income for Q4 FY25 rose 34% to ₹958 crore from ₹717 crore in Q4 FY24.
Its gross non-performing assets (NPA) stood at 0.29% as against 0.27% during the quarter. For Q4, the net NPA was seen at 0.11% as compared to 0.10% in Q4 Q4FY25.
The provisioning coverage ratio on stage 3 assets was at 60%.
During the reporting quarter, the company’s net interest income grew 31% to ₹823 crore as against ₹629 crore reported in the same quarter last fiscal year.
Bajaj Housing Finance’s assets under management (AUM) grew by 26% to ₹1,14,684 crore as of March 31, 2025, from ₹91,370 crore as of 31 March 2024.
The firm’s disbursals grew by 25% in Q4 FY25 from ₹11,393 crore during Q4 FY24 to ₹14,254 crore during Q4 FY25.
“The company has strengthened its management team and will invest deeply in strategic business units (SBUs) and non-metro markets in FY26 for future growth of SBUs,” Bajaj Housing Finance said.
Its liquidity buffer stood at ₹2,394 crore as of March 31, 2025, and the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) for the quarter stood at 191% as against the regulatory requirement of 100%.
“Company continues to leverage technology while digitalising various processes. New initiatives of e-agreement and online customer onboarding have shown encouraging results, crossing penetration of 93% and 80%, respectively, in March 2025,” it further said.

Headquartered in Pune, Bajaj Housing Finance offers finance to individuals as well as corporate entities for the purchase and renovation of homes or commercial spaces. It also provides loans against property for business or personal needs as well as working capital for business expansion purposes.
