Revenue from operations surged by 17% to ₹429 crore in the January-March quarter of the financial year 2024-25 from ₹365.6 crore in the year-ago period.
The company’s board has recommended a dividend of ₹24 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Upon approval, the dividend will be disbursed within thirty days following the AGM. The company stated that the record date will be announced separately.
For the entire financial year 2024-25, the company's net profit was at ₹930.6 crore, an increase of 19% from the preceding fiscal. Its total income stood at ₹1,685 crore, marking a jump of 25% year-on-year.
On April 22, 2025, the company had allotted 5,372 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). After this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital rose from ₹1,44,24,46,430 (28,84,89,286 equity shares) to ₹1,44,24,73,290 (28,84,94,658 equity shares) with a face value of ₹5 each.
In the previous quarter (Q3FY25), Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC reported a 7% growth in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹224.5 crore. The company posted a PAT of ₹209.3 crore in the same quarter preceding fiscal, the asset management firm said in a regulatory filing. Revenue from operations surged 30% to ₹445.1 crore in the October-December quarter of the current fiscal against ₹341.5 crore a year ago. EBITDA jumped 41.2% to ₹274.3 crore during the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
